FREE Fall Program for Student Writers
Weekend Writing Saturday Sessions
A monthly writing experience for students in grades 4-12. Fall Saturday Sessions meets the second Saturday of every month, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. from August to December.

Sept. 14: Nonfiction Writing: Learn techniques for how-to and memoir writing.

Oct. 12: Adventure Writing and the Hero's Journey: Create your own hero.

THE INDIANA WRITING PROJECT is an organization of teachers committed to improving the teaching and uses of writing in Indiana's elementary, secondary, and post-secondary schools.
The Project is a local site of the National Writing Project and is administered through Ball State University's English Department. The Project has been recognized by the Indiana State Legislature for our work in helping teachers improve student performance in writing. Learn more.
